GUILHERME CECILIO

Before joining Pangea Partners, Guilherme was a member of the Investment Banking team of Banco J.Safra, and Corporate Banking of Banco Crédit Agricole. He participated in mergers and acquisitions transactions, IPOs and follow-ons. Recent examples include: incorporation of Supera Farma, a Joint-Venture between the Eurofarma and Cristália laboratories; the public offering of BR Properties for R$ 600 million; Autometal for R$ 440 million; and Petrobras for R$ 120 billion. Guilherme has a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
